Privacy

gnass.buzz and the project sites on its subdomains (for example drift.gnass.buzz or tuner.gnass.buzz) are private, non-commercial hobby projects. There are no ads, nothing is for sale, and there is no business behind them.

What these sites do not do

• No cookies.
• No analytics, no tracking, no ads.
• No accounts and no forms.
• No fonts, scripts or other content from third-party servers. Links to other sites (for example GitHub) load nothing until you click them.

Hosting

All sites are hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., USA. When you open a page, your browser sends the usual request data to GitHub's servers, including your IP address. GitHub keeps this data in server logs to run and protect the service. I have no access to these logs. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in delivering the sites reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The apps

The apps run in your browser. Files, photos, videos, camera images and microphone input that you use in them are processed on your device. They are never uploaded to me or to any server. Some apps keep your settings in your browser's local storage; this data stays on your device, and you can delete it in your browser settings.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. Write me an e-mail for this. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
